Elite athletes are tested on a regular basis, and are restricted to 'bubbles' for purposes such as this, that Karen from Bolton isn't. Hence why logical exceptions can be made. Of course they are. Boo-hoo, what's new? It isn't hard to think of ways in which footballers are more privileged than you or me. (Or Karen). Some people need to wise up and realize the world isn't fair, and built this way by design. Football in general is no different. Even when people's lives are potentially at stake, the rules get bent and broken to benefit the few over the many. Anyone bemoaning that fact should probably find another hobby tbqh.
