useless Posted September 8, 2020 Share Posted September 8, 2020 I don't expect any senior players to be involved in this competition, think the club will see more value in giving as many youngsters experience of competitive football at senior level as possible, not even sure if someone like Vassilev will feature. My guess at a line-up would be something like... Sinisalo Kesler, D Revan Bridge S Revan A Ramsey Brunt J Ramsey Wright Archer Philogene-Bidace Put Brunt in the midfield as I think they'll want someone in there who can play as the DM, although I suppose Harrison Sohna could play there if they think he's ready, expect Chukwuemeka to also feature, maybe Chrisene as well, he made three appearances in this competition last season. Went with Archer as the main striker just because it seems he's been scoring in pre-season and scored in this competition last season, although if Barry's ready to play wouldn't be surprised to see him through the middle with Archer playing out wide. Decent side that - lots of forward thinking players and creativity. Sunderland have used their overage players - Grant Leadbitter will be a challenge for our young midfield.
