Really surprised Brentford agreed to the deal though considering it wasn’t an outright perm deal. As someone said earlier they must be desperate.. Frustratingly he showed a bit of quality with the one chance he had to put the ball into the box. I wasn't too fussed on getting him in but I agree with way we've played so far this season another technical player who can dribble in final third would be great option. I guess I’d look at Traore as being the player we wouldn’t have got in. I’ll just say that I’m not convinced that Traore has shown anything to suggest that he’ll even become a regular starter for us. In hindsight spending a little more to get a little more quality in may have been the better option. He's also been our main back up striker option given Davis has again disappeared from the bench so I think he would've been signed regardless. In fact he looks slower to me He is definitely quicker. He was sprinting quite quickly yesterday. Trez isnt fast at all. I said in the match thread that he's a budget Ziyech, but it hit me later that they cost pretty much the same which is kind of bonkers when you think about it.
