Wes was having his best game when he got injured and he'd shown a few flashes of looking decent, that game might have been his first really solid 90 minutes had he not got knobbled. I reckon he'll benefit from competition for a place up front and will be more settled now too. If they can't handle a bit of stick, get a job for £40 k a year like normal people. Now whether the stick is productive, that's another discussion entirely. The reason they make crazy money and very simple lives, is not only because they are good at a spesific thing, but also cause their position in the public eye is compensated. If that's unwanted, get a new job and a much harder life. Ironically I'm willing to bet anyone with Wesley's life story would agree to this in a split second.
