mjmooney Posted July 26, 2020 VT Supporter Share Posted July 26, 2020 Why does this post of mine in the OT 'Do You Read?' thread (which you can see I have edited in the past) no longer have an 'edit' option? Link to comment
0 blandy Posted July 26, 2020 Moderator Share Posted July 26, 2020 Not being an arse, Mike, but Quote If you are reporting a problem with the web site please clear your browser's cache and cookies and preferably test using another browser. Include the OS and browser you are using. If you are reporting a problem with the app, please tag the post with Android, iOS or Kindle and include the type of phone. Have you done any of that? I know I've got mod skillz, but the edit option is there for me Link to comment
0 mjmooney Posted July 26, 2020 Author VT Supporter Share Posted July 26, 2020 Yeah, done all that. I can edit all my other posts - I even edited the one starting this thread, for a typo! - it's just that one post. Not a big deal, but curious. Link to comment

I've "changed" it (just added a full stop) - is it editable now it's "different"? - IS it phone/Windows/tablet? do you have another device or browser or OS you could try? Link to comment

There is a time limit on how long you can edit your post for. I don't remember what it is, but can find it if you really want to know (probably a week). @blandy as a mod can edit any post. 1 Link to comment
