How beautiful that Trinity Rd must have looked when it was built.

delboy54
I recall being on that lower terrace, right at the front probably about 10 years old in the late 1960s Two games I recall, Us v Small heath ended up 0-0 with loads of fighting on the Holte. I remember Trevor Hockey playing for them. Us v Derby ended up 0 - 1 with Dick Simmons (if I recall) scoring with a diving header into his own net ! Good memories

Yeah and extended the roof to cover those seats.

The Fun Factory
It's interesting looking at old crowd shots of football crowds. Everyone went from wearing flat caps to nothing (on their head) in about 5 years sometime in the early 60s. I'm glad you cleared that up. I started going down in the early seventies and the Trinity Rd was all seating even then.

With good reason. No fan should enter the pitch. For every fan like that one who is celebrating, you can get a scumbag like the Bluenose who clocked Grealish. No-one knows what their intentions are.
