He doesn’t have to be prolific for that either, if he gets 4 or 5 goals then this will be a very successful deal

If Borja scores 4 or 5 goals we're either 10 points clear of the bottom 3 or 10 points short of 17th 🤣

Someone on VT said they had watched him in the champ for Swansea (and didn't know who he was), but was so impressed with his play looked him up and it was Baston.

I watched him a few times earlier this season for Swansea in the championship and was impressed enough to look him up to find out a bit more about him... have only just realised it's the same player we signed today... He actually looked a very decent, drops deep and links up well with those around him, has a good first touch and good vision. Not expecting miracles, but think he might surpise a few and score a few vital goals for us coming off the bench.

This was it.

Odd contribution to the game today.

first laying it on a plate for their guy, then charging 15 yards to be the only challenger to Douglas for a header on the halfway line.

Needs to calm down a bit methinks.

Just watched the goal back. What the hell is he doing  Spurs have stopped, it's over, they're going home with a point.

He runs backwards where can **** see it's two of our players going for it and bangs into the back of one of them.

What's the plan? What's he trying to do?

He’s probably used to playing in a white shirt? God knows.

Having watched it again and as stupid as it was, it didn't have a direct affect on the goal at all.

The ball could have gone anywhere, the spurs player could have controlled it and looked for a pass rather than hoof and of course Engels could have done better with it.
