I think there was a push to get it’s introduction delayed until after they’d worked through the bulk of the vaccinations but it was thrown out. With a bit of luck I’ll get one locally, but they all seem to only be doing AZ at the moment. Cancelled it, I’ll keep my eye out for something closer over the next couple of weeks. Currently nearest is Walsall (15 miles away).

Its a bit shit. I wonder if it will affect some uptake? Can you park at somewhere like Hall Green and get a train into Moor Street?

Its annoying there’s nowhere within 15 miles of Tamworth doing Pfizer yet it seems.

It’s frustrating, and probably what I miss the most from «normal life» now. My club are allowed fans back again on Sunday. 50 of them. In a 17 000 all seater stadium with four separate stands. Because 50 is the maximum allowed number of participants for any «event» in Oslo currently. As if all «events» are the same and it’s limpossible to make sensible exceptions from rules and guidelines. Meanwhile, the number of registered covid related deaths in Norway the past seven days is one. 1. Uno. Ein. 3

trekka Posted May 29, 2021 VT Supporter Share Posted May 29, 2021 Don't forget that not everyone is subject to the charges. My 11 year Aygo gets away with it for instance. I’ve rebooked for the Sadler Centre in Walsall, about half a mile further but won’t need to faff with applying for an exemption. Can have a little wander around the shopping centre whilst I’m there.
