They also say he plays with his head down, doesn't read the game, doesn't see team mates and basically offers next to nothing. HalfTimePost Posted September 21, 2021 Share Posted September 21, 2021 Club can't charge into the rescue because a young kid isn't being handed chances on a silver platter and isn't taking them when they are offered. Louie has a lot of talent but is in his 4th club (albeit on loan) Having only turned 18 in the summer. He has to go and fight for his place, learn a thing or five, grow & bulk up a bit and start applying his talents. Can't just have (figurative or literal) mummy and daddy charge in and save him, bringing him back home to be sheltered in the Midlands and have an easy ride until a 5th club goes for him in January and try again. A loan is exactly what he needed as decided by the club and player and we can't and shouldn't pull him out until he's given it a good crack.
