I only know him as he was in the news recently for ratting out a load of crime bosses to do a deal with US prosecutors. Snitching on his Bloods gang buddies might not sit well and he doesn't seem like someone who can keep a low profile if he gets out makes him a solid pick for this list. Members of a gang he was also part of (a section of the "bloods" I believe). They got into a fight with security somewhere he was trying to go for dinner or something and someone got shot and killed. He avoided jail time by ratting on the others. And I believe the dinner he was going to was to celebrate "only" getting probation for the child sex charges Pangloss was referring to, an incident he distributed videos of as well.
