Immortality

Popular choice.

Josef Locke's 'Danny Boy', Edith Piaf's 'Non, Je Ne Regrette Rien' and Monty Python's 'Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life' too.

Give it a couple of decades and I reckon Robbie Williams' 'Angels' will be up there, as it were.

See you later alligator. My wife also has instruction to hire glamour models to throw themselves on my coffin in tears. This has already been discussed. Also no wake, no celebrating. I want tears not happy stories.

I think people hear this and just wish they were dead.

:)

Some of the nurses at her work don't like 'Immortality' at ceremonies. They get the giggles when the vocal comes in.

You can hear why.

I’d have quite a lot but I’d absolutely end with this

pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb then the key bit of Great Gig in the sky as I disappear into the furnace

Blues Brothers - Everybody Needs Somebody

Peter Gabriel - The Book of Love

The Verve - Lucky Man

tons on the shortlist but Time is a definite

Thanks, there's been some brilliant choices of tunes, and it's cheered me up no end.

Of course, now I have to revise my choices for my own shindig.

Cheers all
