It can’t be this wrong, suggestions are it’s going to be worse than that prediction

Yeah I know, it's not going to happen. Nobody would stand down until the numbers are certain though.

JC won't resign though.

**** hell. They've been in power for the last 9 years. Who else's fault was it?

Not entirely the Tories.

Look, I would have voted Labour but JC got silly with his policies, he failed to remove those clowns Abbott and McDonnell and it felt just like he was doing and offering anything to win voters.

The bloke needs to resign now, he’s had a mare.

Nope, you'll have to explain that one.

I'm reading that as you support his aims and that he needs not to go too fast in case the (relatively) decentish wing of the Tories may re-emerge.

Hope I've got that wrong.

Yes, you’ve got it wrong - or rather I haven’t explained it well.

I’ve followed Cummings’ writings since the referendum, he wants to end the Tory party of bankers, Bullingdon and disdain for the poor. He wants to take them back to the approach of Disraeli, if Johnson gets on board with it.

Like I said, we’ll see, but with a solid majority Johnson will have the latitude to do it.

So, will the EU do a better deal now they know BJ doesn’t need to sell it in Westminster?

(clutching at straws I know)

Priti saying that such a huge majority could actually help a closer future relationship as they would be able to ignore some of the more hard Brexit members

I will be surprised if the actual result is as big a majority as that. Personally (based on nothing but complete BS) that the majority will be closer to 30-40.

I wouldn't - think of 2017 as a one off - this is the expected result.

I hope so. I work in UK automotive industry. Hard Brexit will kill it (not in a good way)
