Philosopher Posted January 31, 2020 Share Posted January 31, 2020 Our striking options are poor, personally think Wes is the best striker at the club (could care less whether people agree), kodja was 30 with 2 major ankle surgeries in 3 years and never premier league quality in the first place. What's sad is that the formation switch, and some of our recent attacking performances would have suited him down to the ground IMO. I have no doubt he would have bagged a couple. Multiple players on 100k + they can afford to go down anyway, so better for them to take the risk and hope he provides the regular goalscorer they need.
