Of course, but it's worth pointing out the level of the opposition. I try not to get too downbeat about bad results, or too carried away with good results. Need to keep everything in perspective.

I've always thought that our summer transfer business wouldn't really show its worth until the injuries start piling up around Christmas / New Year. Then we'll see how much more depth we have than teams like Norwich and Sheffield Utd.

We're on course for a 15th place finish IMO. It will be painful at times. And we definitely won't be getting results like this on a regular basis. But good to have caught Norwich at a bad time, as we needed the confidence boost.

Shame we didn't play spurs now:D

Just watched a rerun of the game and that was a really good performance. We pressed aggressively and attacked brilliantly as a team. Nakamba did really well to facilitate the back, great signing for us! Grealish commanded our attack like a true boss and was my MotM. I think we were a bit sloppy defensively at times but Mings was a mindreader always being at the right spot at the right time. Shame about his dying minutes mistake but the pass from SJM (who was stellar too) wasn't the friendliest tbf and a bit rushed for a dead ball situation. Feel bad for Heaton who was let down by that and probably the sun too because he deserved a clean sheet. Nice moments from El Ghazi too and a bummer he didn't get on the scoreboard with that header. Wesley held up the ball excellent and was cool as a pickle for his goals. Should probably have had a hat trick but fair play to their keeper. The Dougie screamer was just football porn. Conor is king the cheeky bastard. Bet Targett would have verbally nutered him had he missed. But Conor has an eye for a goal with both his feet. Our own Irish sniper.

We've seen the potential in this team and have been let down by our own nerves, stupid mistakes and inexperience as a team which has cost us a lot of points we probably should have pocketed and it's been frustrating. This thrashing fills me with confidence that we can stay up because this isn't a bad team. Cut out the damn mistakes now and we'll be fine. I bet other teams will look at this result and show us some respect too. UTV!

After a fantastic game, both teams are where they should be at the end of the season. Some momentary lapses here and there, but I thought everyone had at least a good game. Awesome watching prince George go mental over Conor's goal.

Just re-watched the game for the second time great overall performance Marvelous was marvelous and Jack was awesome!

We will get taken apart by a couple of teams this season though but I'll take that for the entertaining football we can play.

In hindsight, I think Spurs were there for the taking in August, but we were at the wrong point in our development as a squad to take advantage. We would give them a much better game now.

1st game of the season is always weird. I mean Man Ure won 4-0 and look where they are now.

The league table looks do much better for us, following Norwich's biggest ever defeat against us yesterday.

Delia Smith gives her six favourite autumn recipes in The Sunday Times today. I tried the Stuffed Canary yesterday and I can't get enough of it!   Image result for tweety pie & sylvester meme

I don't have the brains to figure out how to multiquote from a closed thread, but safe to say we should be thinking about Chindie today. He should be shitting bars of gold as we speak.

Why?
