Lingard benched for Mata.

He'll be rusty but I imagine he'll offer the creativity they lacked in previous games.

Mata could be in a wheelchair and blind and he would still offer a lot more

Don't think Soton been bad. They are just so toothless in the final third.

Yeah they look pretty good.

Very nice pressing but no presence in the box.

Was kinda hoping they'd be worse than this.

Same as last few seasons really. Che Adams running around a lot but lacks composure. Boufal reminds me of mix of Ben Arfa and N'zogbia. Amazed he's still at Southampton.

Watching the Bristol City v Middlesbrough game and neither side looks that good, especially for teams who are meant to be challenging for promotion. Yet the Sky commentators going on about Lee Johnson as if he's some wonder tactician who always plays good football, the lead commentator even just said that Man City are keeping an eye him.

Southampton getting a point isn't funny, we need them to be losing, last weekend was annoying enough with Palace and Newcastle getting wins away at United and Spurs.

Far too early to be worrying about any of that.

Man. United are so mediocre, two injuries and they're having to play Young and Andreas Periera.

If we weren't so jinxed against them you'd say our pace at the back and high energy in midfield would match up very well against their 11.
