What happened, I missed five minutes then noticed Nyland was on?

Heaton landed poorly on his knee so hurt himself. not sure how serious it is.

Landed wrong during Burnley's goal. Twisted his knee. Given that he had torn an ACL before I really hope it's only a twist.

Doesn’t look good if this is correct as he’s a specialist in knees

This is horrible luck. Could be the difference between staying up or being relegated. Any decent keepers for sale?

Bt sport saying the story coming out of villa is heaton has ruptured acl and looking at probably best part of a year out - very bad news if confirmed .

not sure Nyland is up to it as 1st choice .

If we’ve ended up today with 2 key players ending their seasons through injury, it would represent a truly terrible day, despite the result!! Especially considering other results today. Mind boggling.

I wouldn’t trust anyone who allows their phone to run down to 7%.

No seems to be talking about him being out for a year on twitter, if there had been any reliable news, they'd normally be having a meltdown on there.

Any good doctor worth their salt would not make a diagnosis from TV evidence.

But, he isn't making some kind of official diagnosis. He's essentially just saying he thinks its an ACL tear from what he can see from on tv. Of course he could be wrong, but hey thats why he isn't making an official diagnosis, just a good guess of what it could be. Are doctors not even allowed to say their opinions on matters like this?
