They’ve started their pre-season matches and off to Australia soon and we’re off to Minnesota tomorrow. It’s in both parties interest to conclude this as soon as possible. I can only imagine it’s the fee that is the blocker. Can’t see why Phillips would stay at Leeds tbh, despite being a Leeds fan. Money talks and so does the Premier League. Get it done, Villa.
