Makes me nostalgic for Martin O'Neill.

You can't guess with Johnson even when it look obvious.

On Tuesday everyone from fans to pundits looked at the line up and went "3-5-2".

Turned out to be 4-2-2-2.

Today it could be 4-3-3, 4-4-1-1, 4-4-2, 4-2-3-1 or even 4-2-2-2 again.

100%. We are playing Bristol City who have Andy bloody Weimann upfront.

We will win this.

You mean in form Andy Weimann?

Yeah no bother. Mate

Then again I realise you are trying to raise the optimism 😃

We actually are, check out our win rate with and without Jack, it's crazy

Would you say jack was the best performer on the pitch at the city ground  ? No. Against Boro ? Played well but several others did also. Some here are gonna need counselling if he does move on in the summer. Fantastic talent but im a villa fan first and foremost.

That's exactly what I mean. Form or not, the bloke isn't very good.

Which is not good enough, we can't afford too many draws

We've got Super John McGinn.

To be fair, although we are short.

I think the squad as a whole have come a long way since the Jack less period.

Some of these guys can step up for the cause.

Comes down to their mentality.

Hopefully they don't believe they are useless without Jack as see fans do.

One draw against a play off rival when missing two of our best players, following a run of seven wins would be ok by me.

Don't bother mate, he'll still be blaming Smith if we win.

I really wish i could, but there ain't many positives about that lineup.

Can't see anything other than a defeat here.

Will you still blame Smith then if we don't win?
