Isn’t that a bit of an odd comparison, given it wasn't? A heavily edited version is what was played on Radio 1 (and other stations).

And a censored version of Fairytale of New Yrok will still be played.

Edit: not censored, a radio friendly version with different lyrics for those lines.

Sorry, I thought you were suggesting that an explicit version of the Cardi B song was being played, so there shouldn't be a problem with the same for this. When you're actually saying the opposite.

I'd honestly never heard of this guy or the Reclaim party.

That sounds wonderful. I would never have read between the lines of them wanting to form a new, better Britain, where we respectfully and inclusively insist on broadcasting homophobic slurs. Can anyone recommend any inclusive songs that stick it to the Muslims?

This profile of Sunak continues the BBC's breathless love for him:

It is almost comically fawning.

Haven’t got a BBC license and I don’t give a shit, I don’t watch anything live now and it’s all because the Beeb let me down.

Wouldn’t even watch Liz Truss porn live.

BBC reporters still claiming that the country has 'maxed out its credit card', and stating this as economic analysis, even though a national economy has essentially nothing in common with a household one. They are still doing this 12 years after the financial crisis:

That's right.

I think they should try and find a simplistic means of describing the actual reality, but confess that I can't think of one off hand which allows for the underlying complexities. But they could start with "National Economics is NOT like domestic economics,. The government is able to create money when they want to, but there are of course consequences".

"And that was Fairytale of New York, which of course we can't play the uncensored version of.

Anyway here's Cardi B rapping about her aroused vagina"

I remember when people on the BBC could speak in English.

Indeed, you could also leave your doors unlocked at night and the twins only ever killed there own. I believe wagon wheels were bigger as well and don’t get me started on this ‘new’ money
