theboyangel
Shame he never quite settled and/or fitted into the squad. wish him good luck and hope he secures a permanent move to recoup some of his transfer fee.
MaVilla
I feel sad for this one, I really hoped he was going to be a class signing.
rodders0223
Another one on the Villa gravy train. Ridiculous signing at the time of financial constraints. Ridiculous signing now. Bizarre. Probably more bizarre than the Hogan and Ross days.
slovenian
He was substituted in 37th minute today due to hamstring injury.

We were desperate for a keeper at the time, I was very excited when we signed him, I still don’t think that Kalinic has had a fair crack of the whip

Weird, didn't he also get injured for us in this third game or something? And never got back in the team.

rodders0223
I would sell him for 1m just to get him off the books. Forget the loss cut and run like we should have done with McCormack. He is utter shite
KevinRichardsonsMoustache
His wages must be astronomical. I’d assume this is going to be a loan (paying part wages only) until his contract expires and then Besiktas or someone else pick him up on a free. We have done this so often since Bosko. useless
Think we will also see one of Steer or Nyland leave in the summer as well, to allow Sinisalo to become third choice. Cutler was sayinig recently that we want our goalkeepers to come from the academy, at the moment there's too many at the club... kalinić, Šarkić, Reina, Steer, Nyland, Heaton, those six alone could be first choice options for a lot of teams, even Šarkić is a full international... Then we've got Sinisalo, Jamie Searle, Ákos Onódi and Filip Marschall coming through as well, Sinisalo and Onódi have been training with the first team. villalad21
This guy is even worse than Nyland. Pretty impressive.
The Fun Factory
Another Villa classic signing. I doubt we will wipe our feet on this one.
Sulberto21
On paper a good signing for some reason hasn't worked out.

According to wiki, he’s only played 7 times for us, I wouldn’t write him off just yet, particularly if Heaton’s injury persists
hippo
The only good thing is about signing him - is that it truly debunks any lingering notion that remi garde was the right man at the wrong time.
