Low - Double Negative

Absolutely incredible.

The deliberate low-frequency buzz on some tracks hurts my ears and not in a good way, hence why it's in the second tier of mine, without that it would be in the top tier. It's a cracking album apart from that

It is. As Bicks mentioned, the low frequency buzz thing initially grated with me too, but after repeated listens I got past that and love it’s entirety now. I’ll do a list later, but that Low one will be in the top 3.

I struggle to look beyond the last great thing I heard.

But as Bicks said above, it feels like it was a bloody good year.

Two albums from Colorama, I've only got one of them and need to pick the other up next week. Of course, there's also the quadruple album of previously unreleased bits n bobs from Super Furry Animals. Right now, that's just on loop.

There's about 6 or 7 on Bicks list that are also on mine, so I'm not sure whether to be worried about that or not?
