Some potential elsewhere. The 5 loans would be very handy to get on the books for continuity and because if they were on our books they's be good enough to build a squad around for the Prem. If we don't make it, Jack goes it seems, so it would mean building a squad around our strongest youth players and McGinn, Kalinic, Steer and Guilbert. On a very tight budget. Looks a big ask either way to me. At this point even going up to come straight back down would give us a better chance of completing the rebuild over the next few windows to get a prem squad together. We still only have one centre half, maybe see how summer goes? Don't remember De Laet ever being that bad but his whole career here has been weird, probably just send him on his way.
