I think I like the fact that this lot don't seem to be in the business of dossing about and making empty promises. Just getting things done in the background. Told him i am working upto "FA Level 4 in Talent Management, Strategy and Leadership in Football" and hope to have qualified in this within 2 years as Level 4 i think is year long degree/course. As my long time aim is to keep getting higher FA Qualifications and higher position at a club where am directly involved with being Head Recruitment. That dude at Leicester will want a fair whack no doubt he must be on around £800k a year at the least! New scouts like myself don't get paid a penny we do it at moment through love until more well known and once suggestions are signed might get modest wage haha I know of some scouts that work for Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea etc and took them 5 years before started getting anything worth living on!!
