Is that why Jack should be somewhere else?....too consistent for us? If we keep thinking like that, we will never improve. We have to refuse to accept inconsistency, until we drive it out of the club. but before we dump players, we have to be sure the balance of the team is right and they have been given all the support they needed on and off the pitch. I think what we're doing with Grealish in front 3 is and 3 central midfields is along the right lines but for most of the season we've been handicapped by Wesley's rawness upfront which meant so many attacks broke down with his lack of control/movement and also a really good DM who can break up play and and keep us in shape. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Agreed, I think I would like to see the combination of Samatta, Davis and Grealish as our attacking three for the rest of the season....still unsure how you'd play that whether Samatta central and Grealish and Davis off him or play two up top and Grealish floating around them or Davis central and Samatta and Grealish around him. He has it in his locker, some decent output so far this season, whilst he's 24, he's still time to develop, and I believe he will improve further. He's 25 and the fee ended up closer to £9m if you include the loan fee but I think he's a solid rotation option and someone who might take another step and become better than he currently is. In my opinion, the beginning of the season was when we looked most dangerous going forward and most resolute at the back.
