That penalty award completely threw them and I can hardly remember a decent shot in the second half. Very disappointing to see the intensity levels drop so much. But they Won, and I’ve seen many teams play poorly over the years and somehow progress, so they did the important bit. Linekar just said “ brilliant first half.......exceptional performance”.........dear oh dear. I can take or leave the Team, if they deserve to do well I hope they do, if they don’t deserve to, fine.
