Bushmills and Baileys... $2.18 for the requisite nips at the aforesaid packie.

I'm rather put out though that this particular establishment only saw fit to carry Bushmills after I had ceased to have my employee discount. Then again, Irish whiskey has only recently recovered from decades of obscurity in the States...

my tipple today will be

a few pints of export on my lunch

then when i get home a few cans of stella or red stripe and a few cans of scrumpy jacks or strongbow

laying off it a bit at the moment though need to save money and ive been hitting it a wee bit too hard

I remember being round the back of the bowling alley with the a 2 litre bottle of Super strongbow. Havent been able to drink it for 15 years. LR i wont tell you about it! Dont want to put you off. If you like Cider, Rob's your man to give you the best stuff

Tonight i drank, Sappro, a lovely Japanese beer and Boddingtons. nice.

ive been off alchohol for 2 weeks now, i still have a pint after work on a friday, but i dont go on a binge fridays and saturdays like i used to, i could get through 20 cans of stella and a few spirits (usually vodka) over a weekend, but its all stopped.

feeling the benefits from it already
