We lost 1-0, we had 14 shots, Bunn saved a penalty - that is the absolute entirety of everything that I know about the game. The least covered Villa game since the 90's.

Once again, the squad players show exactly why they don't start. Disappointed but ultimately doesn't really matter. Just annoying these players do **** all.

I have no idea how we played, but the rest of the league table did a lot to interest me so very good performance for the Championship on the whole.. I don't care how Villa played today, bring on Derby!!

If there was any doubt that we need to completely rebuild the squad during the summer, that should assuage it.

Our first 11 isn't dreadful, but our players that don't start don't deserve to. We need a hell of a lot more quality in the squad next season, no matter what  league we're in.

Meaningless, but still annoys me we lost. A loss is a loss is a loss.

Hutton should stay, so I gave him MotM.

Bring on Middlesbrough!!

I'd actually prefer Boro given that Derby just spanked Barnsley 4-1.

I would **** off people like Lansbury and Josh, Hogan next year no matter if we are in this league again. Just play the kids whether they are ready or not.

Pretty much, the degree of our rebuilding obviously depends on what league we're in, cos our first 11 as it stands will be a pretty pathetic premier league side.

Dead rubber for us, Millwall needed three points just in case results went their way elsewhere.  Can't read too much into this at all, it's like Liverpool playing the reserves against West Brom just before the Champions League semi final isn't it?

We need to ditch a big chunk of that starting 11. What is the purpose of a Scott Hogan?

Scott Hogan plays on the shoulder of the last man to get in behind - this is not how Villa play - we are a lump it into the box side which doesnt play to his strngths

I don’t really buy this anymore. He doesn’t do anything. He’s a headless chicken and he just isn’t very good. Grabban is 10x the striker he is.
