won, Hogan scored, no injuries and a clean sheet. All told that was job done. Well done Birki for being decent when he came on too. Nice to see Jack enjoying himself too. Onwards!

Delighted. Forest are actually a difficult away game regardless of what some on this forum might day. 

This is a good win. Hogan scoring the goal is really sweet. 

Forest didn't threaten. Comfortable win.

Brilliant! Everyone worked their balls off tonight, and Bruce nailed it with his subs, and just his whole presence was impressive. Could be a defining moment in our season.

Clean sheet, against a team coming off a big win against Arsenal, who are all playing for their places for a new manager.   Professional, if not always the prettiest.  The game could have been another 30 minutes, and I don't think they'd have scored. Sometimes if you can watch a game, not as a "fan", then the last 20 mins are a bit less nervy.

Solid performance. We’re organised, we work hard as a team; it’s not pretty sometimes, but we’re a **** tough nut to crack. The stat about us not losing from a winning position in the league since last Feb shows how resilient we are.

We don't look beatable my most in this league at this point. Yes there were some nervy times, but I was never truly concerned that Forest would score. On to the next game and hopefully the next win. Well played Villa.

Absolutely ruthless.  That was so, so professional.  We didn't look like winning 5-0, but we never looked like conceding a goal.

Went 1-0 up early doors, and weathered the storm as they came back at us - let's not forget they were at home with a new manager.

Half time saw a change (forced?) that worked perfectly.  Thor looked great in a deep midfield role, but not just in front of the defence.  He gave us the chance to push the midfield forward and more mobility to be able to hunt in packs.

Snodgrass was great.  Put a shift in, and offered a creative outlet.  Great cross for Hogan, whose movement there deserved the goal.

All in all, that was the performance of a team who could get promoted.

And interestingly, Sky gave the stat today the Bruce has been promoted in each of his last three full seasons at this level.  It's looking increasingly like 4 from 4 if we can keep to this sort of standard.

Thought we looked sloppy at times and should have tried to put the game out of their reach.
