I'd keep Johnstone in goal - if only because it means he won't be able to play for anyone else in the cup afterward and that'll make him less attractive to others. Bring on Terry and Green in the second half to be gentle with the fitness. Maybe Steer; Bree, De Laet, Elphick, Taylor; Bjarnason, Whelan, Grealish, Hourihane Hogan, Hepburn Murphy With Terry, Green, Doyle / Davis to come on.
