I'd be surprised if it was more than one. I'm no chuck norris but it sounded like automatic gunfire to me so it's not surprising that one person could injure that many people aimlessly firing into a big crowd. People all over the internet were talking about multiple shooters and some sort of coordinated attack on America. People panic and start saying all sorts of crazy stuff. There were a few instances of false reports of shooting and the police turning up at hotels and casinos for no reason, because every time a door slams while something like this is going on, people fear the worst. No it isn't, not on the basis of what we know. It's possible to commit acts of horrendous violence and it not be a terrorist attack. Terrorism requires political meaning and aims.
