Does anyone know how long they hold items for?

I had something to collect last season but was never early enough before kick off (mainly due to the queues at the collection point).

3 months from date they were redeemed apparently

Tough, you missed out cock sucker. Now we've put it back on sale for those sweet extra profits.

Had this on the email regarding this:

An update on outstanding merchandise items

Supporters will have until the Bournemouth fixture on the 26th October to collect any merchandise redeemed via Rewards. The Villa Rewards collection point will remain open each Matchday from 2 and a half hours before kick-off until 30 minutes before kick-off and every Friday between 10am – 1pm that isn't followed by a home matchday,

Any uncollected items remaining after the Bournemouth Home fixture will be donated to the Aston Villa Foundation to donate and distribute at charitable events

Going forward it looks like there aren't any physical rewards, so nothing that will need to be collected, only experiences.

I'm a little disappointed that we didnt' take the opportunity to link the points to the shop now that it's all in-house, but I don't think there's too much to get excited about.

Looks like there will be physical items from this bit in the press release, hopefully else it will just be everyone blowing points on things we’re unlikely to win.

Just to add to how cheap the club is now, at half time you could win a season ticket etc so a prize value of about £500. Now last season you had to answer about 50 questions right and score 50 worldies to get prize points totalling about 45p.

What's £500 to the club every home game?
