Infernal Internal Server Errors

Been getting a lot of these in the last few days:

Running Safari on MacOS- haven't tried any other browsers as yet.

Just had this and I am using chrome on PC

Also getting a Amazon error message too

They found a fault and fixed it. Please post here if it recurs.
