Apart from our 2 fortunate goals their keeper was not really called upon to make any saves. There was a goal line clearance from Adomahs shot but that was it really.

Whereas Steer got man of the match

The double save the keeper made their keeper made in that passage of play? Plus, we had two more shots on target than the oppostion (8 vs 6).

So i'm not sure what point you are trying to make.

Danger of over reacting to last nights game. It was on the TV, how many times does Colchester play in front of Sky TV? Colchester are up against the mighty Villa. Of course Colchester want to raise their game.

Its always going to be tricky playing lower league clubs on a cold and rainy night on a water logged unfamiliar pitch in front of SkyTV.

Regards

Del

errrrrr, I think you were watching a different game, their keeper made a bunch of decent saves from Adomah, Green and Hogan. At one point I was actually wondering if we could swap him for Johnstone. Their keeper (apart from the fumble for our first goal) did well and kept them in it.

Plus - we won a game on Sky!!!!
