Glenn Whelan

If you literally Google his name and look for 1 minute you can find about 4 articles on different games where a huge cock up cost us. One of the only times it never was in the playoff semi, if we'd have lost that it would have been completely unforgivable.

Also Hourihane came in for the final and absolutely dominated. Maybe it took him a while to get up to speed with Smith's system. Whereas Whelan just clogging about would always look 3-5/10 in any system, bar the rare game.

Not doubting he was a good player when younger. He was absolutely finished when he came here though.

He deserves a statue outside of VP for that.

Whelan scores that goal then would be no cabbage. Bruce would hobble on a few weeks longer. Sack him before Christmas and cant a manager until after. Tammy leaves in january, Jack eventually and no Mings. We probably be still mid table in Championship

Thank You Glenn

This is just a lie. Plain and simple.

Whelan was an important part of our promotion.

Father time caught up with him a bit but I’d take him over Nakamba even still

That’s a bunch of crap, sorry to be blunt but sometimes ya gotta call a spade a spade.

Joining League 1 Fleetwood untill end of the seasons

I think he would be a Championship level player still. He should boss it down there.
