I've always been a big advocate of Grealish, at the start of the season I wanted him front and centre of our midfield attack, I expected him to really light up this division and score goals and get assists. However he has been a massive let down, extremely poor for most of the season, he was very much in last chance saloon and now it's time for him to be shipped out, he just does not deliver despite being given lots of chances to do so.
