Looks like Derby called that game off with Cardiff and not the police. Maybe Neil Warnock had a point

I’m sure I read a number of tweets saying that it is the clubs decision and not the police’s. It was the same for our game. Our staff were working tirelessly to get our game on, and the police weren’t the ones that called it off in the end.

if Derby called it off due to lack of players that has been mentioned then they can expect a points deduction.  I am sure Boro got deducted points a while back for something similar.

This is the gift that keeps giving if this is right!

Warnock will explode!

It was actually an independent safety commission if I read it right. Which is in line with league protocol. The police did not call off our game against QPR it was after consulting a similar kind of committee I believe.

90 points might do it for us but I can't see us getting 7 wins from our last 8 games sadly. If we had won our last 2 games we would have needed 5 wins from 8 and that would have been something we could have done but those 2 defeats have done for us I only hope we can get up for it again by the time the lottery that is the play-off's begin.

I had us as dropping points against Wolves Derby and Cardiff. So if we can now win these games there’s still an outside chance.

Even 90 points would mean Cardiff only need 14 out of 27 ,

Top two isn’t going to happen, just hope we can go into the play offs composed and injury free. Even though I think they’re a better side than Cardiff, I think I fancy our chances slightly more against Fulham than against Warnock’s lot.

One thing to maybe consider is that you apparently can’t field a weakened side after a certain date, without good reason, according to this -

Quote

The meeting birthed a new policy which comes into effect after this month's international break, and it states: “For any league match played on or after the fourth Thursday in March, any team sheet for a league game should include at least 10 outfield players who featured on the team sheet for the league match before.”

Slightly mean spirited to hope for a Fulham last day win against small heath to send them down, but with blues players seeking retribution by kicking lumps out of the Fulham players? ;)
