It's too late to strip Russia of the tournament, but FIFA have to show some sort of intent in terms of what they want the tournament to be - at the moment, it's going to be a bloodbath. If the Russians aren't kept in check, there's a chance that as many people will be killed at the world cup in Russia as on any given day in the construction at the Qatar world cup. Its like they are 30 years behind the rest of Europe and are going through there 70/80's now, like what happened end over here with organised firms etc?
