Nathan Jones - 3 wins in 23 at Stoke and they haven't got a bad squad.

Can't see him surviving much longer

football is meant to be poor as well, sounds like he has turned into Lambert

Unpaid for 5 months allegedly but was doing a good job and expect him to find another position soon.

Makes more sense. I was one of many that took the piss when he was saying he was deserving of a top job but fair play to him. Interesting how he will do further up

Lampard off to a rough start.

Think this level is way too early for him. Only his 2nd year in management.

Guardiola didnt win his 1st 2 games in top flight management. Roy Keane got 4 points from his 1st 2 games, so did Paul Ince

too early to judge

He has to pick it up soon.

I work with a stoke fan and one of my best mates is one. Jones almost had a free pass last season because the club was in a bit of a mess. But the expectation was for last season to be the time he gets to settle everything down and then this season they would kick on.

He wont get long if things don’t start going right.

In a quick demotion, Kompany wont manage Anderlecht on match day

Worst start for them in 21 years

Has the player manager role ever worked well, anywhere?

Double-winning player-manager Kenny Dalglish says hi!

Glenn Hoddle did a good job of it at Swindon, then Chelsea.

Funnily enough, Chelsea had 3 player-managers in a row in the 90s - Hoddle, Gullit, Vialli - and they all did a pretty decent job.

Yeah, I think you're probably right, especially at the top level.

Surely time has to be ticking away for Pellegrino? Poor manager and doing an awful job with the squad he has.

I dont even know who this is, so whatever job theyre doing, its gone completely under my radar.

Andrea Pirlo, Luca Toni, Cristian Chivu, Paolo Montero, Thiago Motta and Walter Samuel have all started their  UEFA Pro Licence education.

Imagine having Andrea Pirlo as manager. Full on man crush

Wonder how long the Watford boss will last if they don't improve.

To be fair to him, he's had a good tenure compared to the previous few there!
