Apparently we are offering 'premier league wages', we don't want to have someone turn up and take the piss on a fat wage (like McCormack), so hopefully Hogan is of much better character. McCormack is fat washed up footballer. Thankfully Hogan is younger and I am sure he will want to be a England international too. But that's the market we're. Kodjia certainly wasn't worth what we paid but we still paid it because we need to get out of this division. For what it's worth I think Hogan would be better suited to the premier league than Kodjia. I think there's more upside. I guess this one needs to be done soon before someone else comes in for him. I wonder whether he will want to stretch this one out so he can see if a PL club match our bid? They're saying they turned the lads head, messed them about and then walked away without ever putting in a serious bid.
