Conor Hourihane

I don't know much about Hourihane but from what others have said, and my knowledge of our current midfield, he's bound to be an improvement.

Not sure where he plays, would he be the left side of a mid four (opposite side to Adomah), or would he be in a central mid two, with two wider players flanking them?

We could do something like:

Adomah  Landsbury Jedi/Tshi Hourihane

                Grealish  Kodjia

Based on our current midfield, it's 'better the devil I don't know'!

I'd have though more like:

-------------------------Jedi--------------------------

Adomah-----Lambsury---Hourihane------Grealish

------------------------Kodjia-------------------------

11 goals and 21 assists in one season? That's ridiculous even for an attacking midfielder or even a wide forward wtf. I've never heard of those type of stats from any deep lying midfielder ever, not even from the very best in the game.

handful of penalties in the video, but it's still bloody impressive.

Yeah I think there were like 3, but it's still crazy. Really good goals too for the most part. What the heck was he doing languishing in League 1?

We are building a decent group for penalties if we do get that far in the playoffs. Thats Kodjia, McCormack, Jedinak, Lansbury and Hourihane who all used to be first choice fro penalties at former clubs

I'd rather Lansbury and Hourihane play as a two infront of the back four then have 3 behind Kodjia up top.

Heather Mills could make an impact in our midfield, she is no more one footed either!

what happened to her other leg?

I heard rumours that a Crewe club doctor found it on the M6 and used it on one of their ex-players

Which is interesting, because looking at the other players we're rumoured to be looking at, they seem to support this formation - something like:

------------------Lensbury-----Hourihane----------------

Adomah----------------Grealish------------Brady/Kodjia/Ayew

------------------------Kodjia/New CF---------------------

Well he once scored 1-3 against my team in an underage inter-county Gaelic football match, so it's safe to say he'd be a quality addition.

Who's your Gaelic team MKD?
