rodders0223 Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 Where does Arsene get these defenders from? Everyone just do your own thing, forget the line. See that ball? Run out and chase it. This is embarrassing.
OutByEaster? Posted January 7, 2017 Moderator Posted January 7, 2017 Arsenal are taking an absolute battering from Preston here. It should be three. I think they'll regret not putting Arsenal away.

rodders0223 Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 Ball goes into feet, get out muscled, fall over, spend 2 minutes getting back up. Repeat ad infinitum.
rodders0223 Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 I have seen more organised pub teams, and when people question why Ramsay always plays on the right...there is a reason. He has no awareness and no discipline. This is just horrid.
OutByEaster? Posted January 7, 2017 Moderator Posted January 7, 2017 Balls. Preston should have been out of sight.

TheAuthority Posted January 7, 2017 VT Supporter Posted January 7, 2017 Balls. Harsh on PNE after that 1st half when they should have been 3 up.

dudevillaisnice Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 You just have to look at the last two performances from Arsenal to see why they won't win the league. (Yes I know this was FA Cup but my point still stands)

People would rather watch Man United win 4-0 against Reading than non League Stourbridge or Sutton United. I think about viewing figures. Tbf to BT they showed plenty of non league sides in the first two rounds and they cover national league football.
rodders0223 Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 Giroud was "surprised by Preston's commitment." Says it all.

Xela Posted January 7, 2017 Posted January 7, 2017 Man Utd v Reading is not an interesting fixture and shouldn't have been on the TV 1

I don't believe they do give the little clubs a fair crack. They show them in the 1st 2 rounds due to there being no big clubs in the competiton, and the moment round 3 arrives it's off to Anfield and Old Trafford. Today was screaming out for Wycombe v Stourbridge to be televised but yet again we were given Man United strolling past Reading. Yawn.
