Shit tactics. Shit game,. Shit Season. Its over now.

Playing badly and picking up points is great but at some point it becomes unsustainable. Have to start playing well and getting points to get into top 6.

The game was lost before it even began with that midfield pairing. Find it hard to understand why Bruce would choose to do that.

Terrible in the first half - everything that was wrong with our squad was obvious to anyone.

Second half we were better.

Throughout we were cheated by a group of thugs managed by a man with no shame - two or three times Grealish was taken out ten, twenty yards off the ball as we broke, he must have been fouled twenty times - horrible tactics, deliberate, nasty, negative and almost entirely unpunished by the worst refereeing display we've seen this season. 

We have a lot of work to do. 

I hope Cardiff go down - they deserve it, manager, players, fans. Horrible people.

Now that's a setback, no doubt about it. At least other results weren't so bad for us but we need new players fast. Sort it, Dr X. You let your MBA-holding personal choice for manager spend £50m on this crap. Now take some proper advice and spend more wisely this time.

Well I say half of it was spent decently. And you can' expect all transfers to be hits.

Gabby wasn't that bad this game to be fair. His paycheck is a bit ridiculous but actually had some fight.

With all due respect that is a load of rubbish.

You clearly weren't watching. They were deliberately targeting us all game. And the ref did **** all about it. Grealish was taken out 2/3 times off the ball and nothing given.

That has nothing to do with it being a 'tough league' and is just BLATANT cheating.

The point was to construct a balanced squad and the failure there was woeful.

We are not good enough to go up and if we did manage to scrape it, we would be straight back down.  Pains me to say we need to get ourselves sorted at this level before we push on.

Awful in the first half,  much much better in the second but not good enough. 

The one single crumb of comfort,  the only thing to hang onto really is they HAVE to see Gardner and Westwood and Bacuna are simply not good enough for a midfield of even a mid table championship club,  let alone one who wants promotion. 

Bruce needs substantial funds for midfield,  at least 3 or 4 who all go ahead of what we have currently. 

In addition we need another striker if Gestade is off,  and not as cover whilst Kodjia is away,  he needs to be a guaranteed first team starter regardless of anything else. 

I also have questions over our defence. We almost never keep clean sheets regardless of the quality or form of the opposition.
