PieFacE Posted October 12, 2016 VT Supporter Share Posted October 12, 2016 Was hoping someone could clarify something with me. My friends dad is a season ticket holder, and has an OAP ticket. He's been in hospital for a knee replacement and can't make the next few games. Has anyone ever tried using a concession ticket if their dad can't make the game? Will they check? Will they even know? Or do you have to go to the ticket office and pay a bit extra? Thanks,
Mammoth10
You'd have to pay to upgrade it to a standard adult ticket, the lights on the turnstile flash different colours for the type of ticket, so they 'should' notice. Best check in with the ticket office.

Thanks, As said you can pay to top up. I've got an NUS card so always get a concession ticket. The turnstile beeps and a light flashes but I've not been questioned. I only make a few home games a season at best at the moment though.
rodders0223
It is whether you want to risk it, more than likely if you arrive when the turnstiles are at the busiest nobody is going to flag you I suspect.
limpid Posted October 12, 2016 Administrator Share Posted October 12, 2016 Contact the ticket office. I've upgraded tickets on the day in the past. I assume that you still can, but best to check first.
