Popular Post Keyblade
Randomly picked a page in a thread titled "Steve 'False Manager' Bruce" on the Newcastle forum to gauge the feelings of their fans at the moment, and including the title, it's off to a cracker already: Quote Rafa is a gentleman. This f***ing c*** is snide and petty, and an absolute idiot in every way. Quote Simon Bird's article admits Alex tells him everything that's posted about him on Social Media. First of all: Second of all, this is almost a carbon copy of Aston Villa circa 2018. 4

villa4europe
His Rafa comments won't get him any more love! As for the game, after the Norwich game last year's game was probably the most dominant and comfortable that we were all season even if it was only 2-0, we had over 60% possession and it never looked in doubt, we looked composed and confident Would take that again, we don't have to blow them away just be the better team that we are and professionally put them to the sword

villa4europe
Everything that female journalist wrote about him when he was Sunderland manager still rings true today Amazing that she's still the only one to hammer him like that

Stuff about his kids on social media is so funny. We knew it at the time because he referenced "hysteria" loads of times when there was never dissent at games and you know he's not sat there on Facebook. Why would you ever ask about criticism against you OR why would you tell your dad about stick he's getting? None of it makes sense, but Steve Bruce as a football manager doesn't make sense. A good point already raised...I will give him credit that he usually builds a small following at clubs. There's often a few fans that will stick up for him at the time and after. It really doesn't look like at Newcastle. They all hate him which is great.
Popular Post Keyblade
Newcastle fans are quite funny, fair play to them making light of a bad situation. @Davkaus it's like the Twilight Zone. From a Newcastle fan: Quote Well, I googled "dust wasels doon" and found the below, posted on RTG in May 2013: Quote well we rode wor luck at teymes thats for shuuwa, but we were very unlucky to concede seven goals thats for shuuwa. Am gowna teyke this on the chin, 'av been knocked down many teymes in football and picked maself up each teyme, wa gowna dust worselves down and roll wor sleeves up and lick wor wounds and pull wor socks up and dust worselves down agen Absolute carbon copy to 2021. Unreal. You can stick 2018 and Villa in the middle there. Edited January 22, 2021 by Keyblade 1
Popular Post Zatman
I said it before I do admire how he has united the Villa, Newcastle and Sunderland fanbases together. I know both of them had issues with us over the years and they dont like each other but old Brucey has brought us all together. If football had a peace prize he would be a contender 4

villa4europe
Read that Newcastle forum comments on our game, not exactly confident are they narrow defeat, Bruce claims its an improvement, battered by Leeds, Bruce says its surprising because we've really been improving Was probably my favourite

For us it was that we were sitting in relegation spot when he took over (which we didn't) and then he kept on going with that he'd only been here less than year when it was closer to 18 months and then it was only 18 months when it was around 2 years. No millions to spend despite one of the biggest budgets in EFL history and so on and so on.
