He's got the experience and know how to do the immediate job of getting us promoted. We don't quite have the squad and luck with injuries/suspensions will be key until reinforcements arrive in Jan. Playoffs is more than realistic if we can get a run going. Where he can take us from there, who knows. He's labelled this and that, but he's never managed a club this big, or with the potential backing he will get from this owner. For where we are now and for where we initially want to get to, which is back in the Premier League, then he is ideal. I think he will be well up for the challenge here as well. This is the biggest club he has managed and he is well aware of expectation levels here. I think he will embrace that pressure and thrive on it and transmit that to the players and they will be in no doubt now what is expected. There is no point worrying about the style of football. It matters not one jot in the Championship as shown by the crap served up by most teams we have played this season. It is all about getting results something we have been failing to do. As for him not being the man to manage us in the Prem let's get there first and then worry about that.
