Is this the year Sunderland finally drop? They're awful.

We were saying the same thing last year. I remember making a bet that we would finish above them no question despite our bad start, that's how awful they were. Somehow they always manage to cobble it together at the end of the season.

Yep and they always get insane luck as well.

He's messed up the good work Big Sam did end of last season.

Kone, Kirchoff and Khazri really lifted the level at Sunderland and this season it's obvious none of them want to play for him so you're left with Defoe, Man. United cast offs and Everton over 40s team.

No escape for them this season, they really are us this time last year.

I have some sympathy for him in that he came in late to a side in drastic need of repair as Allardyce hadn't' bought anyone in by the time he'd left, and was always facing an uphill task. But coming out and blaming his players for the loss today, think he knows he's going to be presiding over a relegation or getting sacked. Wouldn't be surprised if he resigned at some point.
