rodders0223
Will be ugly. They will run riot. Crowd will turn.
villa89
Could be RDM's last game if it goes badly wrong. I think it will be a draw.

Kingman
I think we will go back to 2-1-2-5 for this one.

Grasshopper
Tony has 2 choices Rafa rips us a new one with RDM in charge or Rafa rips us a new one with Clarke in Temporary charge Edited September 18, 2016 by Grasshopper
Popular Post John
Everything pointed to a home defeat until yesterday but Newcastle's bubble burst against Wolves, we somehow held onto a point at Ipswich (assisted by two goal-line clearances as well as the woodwork) and Newcastle rarely get the positive result they expect to get at Villa Park. Villa will begin to turn the corner next weekend with a 2-0 win that starts a run of wins that lifts us up the table and turns our season around.....whatever happens I doubt we will be hanging on at the end in fear of dropping a point/two.

Popular Post blunther
Newcastle aren't all that. They couldn't even beat us at Villa Park last season and that's saying something. They won't come to park the bus which should help us. Win this and suddenly we're only four points behind the team everyone is expecting to walk the division. Massive match all round really. Win it and it can really kick start the season. Lose it and it'll turn ugly. Draw it and... meh. Lets not not resign ourselves to losing though. This lot just lost to Wolves FFS. Half five KO, time to have a few beers and get a decent atmosphere going. Please, one more match without getting on their backs. If we **** this up then have at it, but let's have one last chance to start a promotion push.

striker Posted September 18, 2016 Visiting Supporter Share Posted September 18, 2016 Newcastle fans were booing yesterday after the very good run their team has been on. Just imagine the reaction from the Geordie fans if their team had been on the same run as the Villa. Desperately want to see Villa turn over Newcastle and get the team going in an upward trajectory while having a wee quiet snigger at the abuse the Newcastle fans will surely dish out towards their team. knoppy1987
I think we will win and it will mark the turn. Well that is what I want to happen anyway. Newcastle are just one of those teams you love to hate. A bit like Spuds. Would not like to be in RDM's shoes if we lose it.
Eastie
I think with tish and McCormack back we will win 3-1 and finally begin to kickstart our season - would love things to really click in this game and give them a pasting . in reality it could go any of 3 ways and a hard game to predict , a ciaran clark og would be nice . wazzap24
Win and it could be the catalyst we need to get going. Lose and I think it will start to get very uncomfortable for RDM.

Johnnyp
Newcastle have notions, they aren't all that. They're local journos and fans have made some sneery comments about us in recent weeks. They don't like us, don't think we are too gone on them either. I think we'll be bang up for this.
