It will be a shambles if he dosen't start on Boxing day, even as a maverick wide option. by that logic Wesley started vs them 3 months ago and scored 2

We're incapable of grinding out a 1-0 and Norwich will flood forward so gambling on a 3-2 to break this awful run. It may just work.
Brumstopdogs
Kodjia just has to play. Madness that he is not in the team given Wesley's awful form.
briny_ear
I want Kodjia to start either as sole striker or in a 4-4-2 from now in. We looked so much better today once he came on.
Tomaszk
FFS man, get him in the team. He's not even good but knows roughly what he's meant to do. It's honestly incredible that Wes can be in the wrong place 100% of the time.
abdulaziz1
He done much better yesterday in the minutes he were on than Wes had done whole game. We definitely should give the chance. Nothing to lose really.
cheltenham_villa
Good performance from kodija yesterday, energy and attacking intent. Would like to see him get a run
villalad21
Easy to forget he played most games as a winger last season. Was concerned about his match fitness but he actually looked quite ok on the ball yesterday. Promising signs. KevinRichardsonsMoustache
Thought he looked gassed in the final part of the game yesterday. Tbf, tho, he was doing the running of two men. He has to start the next match for me: either on the wing or, preferably, through the middle. Kodj is a slither of good news in a pretty turgid period. He didn't gas. He took a shot from Luiz to the stomach in the last 10 that keeled him over tbf.

avfc1982am
FWIW I actually thought we looked far more threatening with him on the pitch. He ran at players, turned them, caused a problem for their backline. Exactly what I want to see up top.

PussEKatt
Makes you wonder what he has to do to get a start. He scored 2 goals midweek and its his goals that have got us so far in the league cup but Wes got the nod to start instead. So instead of picking a striker who scored 2 in his last start we go with a striker that has not hit the back of the net in 13+league games. If that was me I would be really P...ed off. AVTuco Posted December 22, 2019 VT Supporter Share Posted December 22, 2019 Wesley will play, so maybe it's time for 4-4-2.
AV82
I hope Kodjia never pulls on the shirt again. Those of you constantly slating Smith for persisting with Wesley should now know better.

AndyM3000
Grealish on for 97 minutes, sprinting and pressing at the end. Kodjia on for 20 mins and huffing and puffing, strolling around. Get out.
