Unfortunately, that photo, as brilliant as it is, is fake news!

The original is only slightly better though!

Somehow missed the news of him playing his club football in Qatar.

If the Danes keep getting injured, Ireland might win this 😂

Italy failing to hit double figures against Armenia. 9-1 still pretty good.

Overall a solid play off campaign with 30 points after 10 games and a GD of 37-4

The Spanish FA continuing with their own particular brand of picking and firing managers.

Roberto Moreno who took over when Luis Enrique quit for personal reasons was tonight told he's been sacked (after a 5-0 win over Romania) and that Luis Enrique is to come back and lead the team during the Euro's.

Apparently Moreno though he was to continue as manager and was shocked when he was told after tonight's game.

He was caretaker for 3 games and then appointed full manager,

Solid 2.6 ppg average winning 8 and drawing 2, with a GD of 34-4

The players were also blindsided apparently.

Let's see if this works out better than their decision to sack Lopetegui 2 days before the last WC

Strange move but cant imagine any malice from players and staff after what Luis Enrique went through. A lot different than Lopetegui

Denmark havent lost in 34 games since 2016

They technically lost to Slovakia last year but senior team was on strike and had play amateur players

Yes it seems like it was always on the cards but the chief of their FA made a complete shambles of dealing with it.  I hadn't heard Enrique had lost a daughter, I can't imagine what that's like.

The head of FA is a bit of an egotist, sacked Loptegui on eve of World Cup to show he was in charge
