I just hope that RDM has worked out which team and formation he wants to play. It's only feasible to keep swapping the players and formation for a limited time (see England:( )

I hope he has worked out that half these words removed need binning off.

Lescott looked like our best defender by a mile. All of Hutton, Okore and Elphick had pretty ropey moments. Bennett did nothing wrong. Cissokho was normal, nothing got past him, didn't do a thing right offensively.

Grealish and Ayew the pick of the attackers. Ayew spent too long too deep, but was the only player who ever looked like scoring. Grealish was more involved than pretty much anyone else but never looked like picking the right ball at the edge of the box.

Gana looked decent. Tshibola looked comfortable for that level, but wasn't really tested. Westwood looked better than Gardner did in that position.

Neither goalkeeper did anything amazing or horrendous.

Tish looked very comfortable alongside Westwood.

Gestede missed a free header, centre of the goal about 4 yards out after a wonderful cross from Andre Green, enough said.

Joe Bennett, looked good and keen to impress.

Everything going forward went through Grealish who looked a cut above.

Hutton and Sinclair, the less said the better.

I went to the game yesterday

different manager same old side ways back wards side ways villa

Bennet looked out best player first half , Gana the best player in the second ... Interestingly when Gana came on Grealish got more of a free role and came into the game as a threat

Ayew looked very very frustrated at the lack of quality about him

oh and Hutton was utter garbage if he plays for us next season then we ain't coming back up

Sinclair seemed to enjoy the banter with the fans , few pricks gave abuse to Lescott , arguably he deserves it , but so much for a new start , his time has to be up really as one mistake and the fans will be all over him
